Helpful and amicable staff, fairly clean rooms.
Good budget hotel in a local area near to the store, State College, and the stadium. The rooms with the bathroom before using and the curtains would n't even close, as example. Comfy and perfect location, a few steps away from everywhere. Really nice stay, as always.

the hotel was located not far from gas station/convenience store mcdonald's chinese liquor store as well as state college. booked a room where the curtains would n't even close. the staff from start to finish were helpful and friendly. the location was convenient, near penn state, it's a plus. also, it was 1 mile from a movie theater. greatly enjoyed our stay and 100 % recommend this property.

I stayed at the hotel for one night after a long and satisfying day. The price couldn't be beat and it was conveniently located near the attractions I wanted to visit. They had a pet-friendly policy with a low fee of only $5 per dog, which was a great bonus. The owner, a friendly lady in her late 60s, was welcoming and provided helpful advice about the neighborhood. The Wi-Fi was surprisingly good for the area where the motel is situated.

I recently stayed at this charming inn for a few nights and had a great experience. The owner, a lovely lady in her late 60s, was very welcoming and gave us helpful advice about the neighborhood. The Wi-Fi connection was surprisingly good, especially considering the location. Additionally, I appreciated being given a first-floor room and the fact that the ice machine worked perfectly. The proximity to a Sheetz convenience store was a definite bonus.
